Sarasota Dental Arts
Now hiring

Associate dentist,
adult cosmetic & restorative.

Sarasota Dental Arts is bringing on a second doctor in 2026. If you practice slow, careful, considered dentistry, and you would rather work in a studio than a chain, we would like to talk.

Sarasota Dental Arts is a fee-for-service, adult-only, cosmetic-led practice on Beneva Road in Sarasota, Florida. We are hiring our second doctor — an experienced general dentist with a strong interest in cosmetic and restorative work, who wants to step into a stable patient base and grow over the long run alongside Dr. Chevance.

The role

What you
would own.

A real patient base. You will not be building from zero. The practice has a stable patient base from a decade of work, and your role is to take on cases Dr. Chevance is not personally handling, in coordination with her on continuity.

The kind of dentistry you trained for. Veneers, smile makeovers, single-tooth and implant restoration, full-arch cases, full-mouth restorations, complex restorative work. Not a chain's case mix.

Mentorship. Dr. Chevance brings a decade-plus of cosmetic and restorative experience and an active interest in helping another doctor sharpen their hand. This is part of why we are hiring.

Tools and lab. Digital scanners, intraoral cameras, CBCT for implant planning, and a single ceramicist we have worked with for years for all premium cases.

Schedule that respects your life. Mon–Thu 8–5. Friday optional. No weekends.

Who we are looking for

The fit
we are after.

A general dentist with at least three years of clinical experience post-residency. New graduates are not a fit for this role.

Genuine interest in cosmetic and complex restorative dentistry — not just the willingness to do it, the interest to keep getting better at it.

Temperament suited to a slower, design-led rhythm. Comfortable with longer appointments, fewer patients per day, and the conversation that good cosmetic dentistry requires.

Aligned with the fee-for-service model. Comfortable explaining out-of-network insurance to patients and holding the boundary on what good work costs.

Florida-licensed (or willing to obtain Florida licensure in advance of start date). DMD or DDS.
