Restorative dentistry,
built to last decades.
Crowns, bridges, fillings, dentures, and full-mouth restorations in Sarasota by Dr. Gabrielle Chevance, DMD. Adult-only, fee-for-service. Designed for function and appearance both.
Restorative dentistry restores teeth that have been damaged, decayed, fractured, or lost — and does so with an eye on how the result will look in the patient's smile and bite for the next two decades. Sarasota Dental Arts treats restorative work as design: material selection, ceramicist craftsmanship, and occlusion all factor in.
Five tools.
One philosophy.
We use the most conservative tool that solves your case. A filling where a filling will hold. A crown where the tooth needs strength. A bridge where an implant is not the right fit. Same-day where speed matters; ceramicist-made where artistic finish matters.

Restorative work is generally where dental insurance offers its strongest benefit. Most plans cover crowns at roughly 50%, fillings at 80%, and bridges at 50%, against an annual maximum. Sarasota Dental Arts is out-of-network with all carriers, but most patients with a PPO plan recover a meaningful portion of their fee through out-of-network benefits.
We itemize every visit, quote in writing at your consult, and help you submit your claims. CareCredit financing and in-office payment scheduling are available for qualified patients.

Restorative dentistry restores teeth that have been damaged, decayed, broken, or lost. It overlaps with cosmetic dentistry — every restoration is a chance to also improve appearance — but its primary purpose is function: chewing, bite, and the long-term health of the tooth. Tools include fillings, inlays, onlays, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
