Most cosmetic outcomes are decided before any instrument touches a tooth. We start with high-resolution clinical photographs of your existing smile, study how it sits in your face at rest and in animation, and build a digital mockup of the proposed result.
You see the case before we commit. We adjust length, shape, color, and the way the smile arcs across the face until the design reads as yours. Most cases also go through a temporary phase where you live with a working preview for two or three weeks and tell us what you would change.
We do not sell sets. We do not work from a catalog. The case you get is the case we designed for you.

Sarasota Dental Arts treats adults exclusively. We do not see pediatric or adolescent patients. We are out-of-network with all dental insurance carriers and offer the kind of appointment time and continuity that the in-network volume model does not allow.
Most of our cosmetic patients come from Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Venice, and the surrounding communities. Many travel from out of state for multi-visit cases, and we schedule for that.

We share case photography

Sarasota Dental Arts does not maintain an online before-and- after gallery. We have hundreds of cases worth showing — and we share them with every prospective patient at consult, paired with the case story and clinical reasoning. We do not share them online without each patient's explicit written consent, and most of our patients ask us not to.
That is a deliberate posture. The patients who come to us tend to value their privacy as much as their result. Anonymous before-and-afters in a public gallery would require the kind of broad photo-release that does not feel right with the relationship we are building. We treat every case as a private collaboration.
What this means for you: come to a consult, and you will see real cases comparable to yours, with Dr. Chevance walking through the design choices for each. That is far more useful than a curated highlight reel, and it is one of the reasons patients drive from across the Gulf Coast to be seen here.

Cosmetic work is rarely a covered benefit under most dental plans. We are out-of-network and quote every case in writing at your consult. We will itemize the treatment so you can submit for any cosmetic benefit your insurer offers.
CareCredit financing and in-office payment scheduling are available for qualified patients. For most full smile redesigns, we sequence the work across multiple visits so the investment is spread over the months the case takes anyway.
