Sarasota Dental Arts
Plainly explained

Fee-for-service,
out-of-network, claims-friendly.

We do not bill insurance directly. We are out-of-network with every carrier. And we will gladly help you submit out-of-network claims so you can recover whatever benefit your plan provides. Here is how it works.

Sarasota Dental Arts is a fee-for-service practice. We are out-of-network with all dental insurance carriers. Patients pay us at the time of service and submit claims to their plan for out-of-network reimbursement. Most PPO plans cover a meaningful portion of out-of-network fees. We itemize every visit and walk you through the submission.

Three things to know

How this works,
step by step.

1. We quote in writing. At your consult, we present a written treatment plan and a written fee. You know exactly what the work costs before you commit. No surprises, no add-ons.
2. You pay us at the time of service.Payment is due when treatment is rendered. We accept all major cards, CareCredit, in-office payment scheduling for larger cases, and personal checks.
3. We help you submit the claim. We provide an itemized statement with ADA procedure codes, tooth numbers, and dates of service — everything your insurer needs to process an out-of-network claim. Most patients submit by email or through their insurer's app and receive reimbursement within two to four weeks.

Questions

Financing,
plainly explained.

The most common questions about how we handle insurance and payment. Call us if yours is not here.

Fee-for-service means we set our fees based on the time, materials, and quality of work that go into each procedure — not on what insurance contracts dictate. We do not accept assignment from any dental insurance plan. Patients pay us directly at the time of service, and we provide all the documentation needed to submit a claim to your insurer for whatever benefit your plan provides.
